Abstract

Se describe, en un método para formar un empaque, un empaque con la forma de un recipiente se forma de un cartón doblado (A), el empaque tiene un fondo y paredes laterales (7) que se extienden hacia arriba del fondo. En la etapa final de moldeo por compresión, un reborde (8) de material de moldeo que se extiende lateralmente se moldea hasta la parte superior de las paredes laterales (7) cuando el molde se mantiene cerrado de tal manera que una cavidad del molde (5) que corresponde al reborde se forma al mover una superficie contraria dentro del molde hacia atrás de una superficie opuesta al mismo, después de lo cual el material de moldeo se introduce en la cavidad del molde (5).
