Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para procesar un concentrado de sulfuro de cobre pirítico, en el cual, además de cobre, hay arsénico y oro unido a los minerales sulfurados, u oro invisible. En el método, el concentrado es lixiviado en una solución que contiene cloruro. La lixiviación de la materia prima se lleva a cabo en condiciones en donde el cobre, el fierro y el arsénico de la materia prima se disuelven, pero el material que contiene oro permanece sin disolverse. La solución de cloruro obtenida es llevada a una neutralización, en donde el fierro y el arsénico en ella se precipitan. La solución de cobre purificada es llevada a una extracción líquido - líquido, en la etapa de separación de la cual el cobre es transferido a una solución de sulfato, la cual es llevada a la electrorrefinación de cobre. El oro es recuperado del residuo de la lixiviación mediante algún método conocido.The invention relates to a method for processing a pyritic copper sulfide concentrate, in which, in addition to copper, there is arsenic and gold bonded to the sulphured minerals, or invisible gold. Gold is recovered from the leaching residue by some known method.
