Abstract
Se proporciona un aparato para la detección de un analito en una muestra. El aparato comprende al menos un primer canal de medición (2a) que comprende un reactivo de detección (3) que corresponde al analito (4) a detectar, y al menos una micro estructura (5) asociada con el primer canal de medición (2a) . Cuando el aparato (1) está en uso, la muestra se introduce en el primer canal de medición (2a) y propaga mediante el primer canal de medición (2a) hacia la micro estructura (5), de manera tal que el analito (4) si está presente en la muestra, interactúa con el reactivo de detección (3) para formar un producto en red (6), y la micro estructura (5) se configura para filtrar el producto en red (6).
