Abstract
Esta instalación hidráulica (1) que define al menos un conducto (4,5,6) de flujo forzado de agua, y que comprende al menos una máquina (1), de tipo turbina, bomba o turbina-bomba, un órgano (8)provisto con al menos una pared deformable (81) y que delimita al menos un volumen cerrado (V8) de tamaño variable. La instalación comprende igualmente medios (9, 91) de alimentación (F9) del volumen cerrado de fluido bajo presión. El órgano de la pared deformable (81) está montado en un conducto hidráulico (6) situado delante de una parte rotante (2) de la máquina (1). La pared deformable define, localmente y delante de la parte rotante (2), una sección modulable (S63) de paso de flujo en el conducto hidráulico (6) Según el procedimiento de la invención se inyecta (F9) el fluido bajo presión en un volumen cerrado de tamaño variable (V8) delimitado por un órgano (8) dispuesto en un conducto hidráulico (6) situado delante de la parte rotante (2) de manera que se module la sección de paso (S63).
