Abstract
La invención se refiere a dispositivos de control de tráfico actuales. El sistema de la invención comprende puntos fijos de control de tráfico los cuales son habilitados con lectores y dispositivos de mecanismos de transportación de identificación y estan conectados a la información y técnica a una carretera en la que se inspecciona el tráfico. Los puntos fijos de de control de tráfico estan diseñados en la forma de dispositivos computacionales autónomos numéricos pequeños con un modulo de comunicación celular incorporado, el cual es proporcionado con dispositivos automáticos para grabar foto-video-radio y para procesar la información acerca del mecanismo de transportación y la situación del tráfico y con herramientas automáticas de software para determinar los parámetros de los mecanismos de transportación del tráfico y para compararlos con los parámetros permisibles para dicha sección de carretera de acuerdo con los reglamentos de tráfico. Existen herramientas de software para calificar automáticamente las violaciones de las reglas de seguridad de tráfico y de eventos de contingencia para tomar decisiones al respecto, dispositivos para transmitir información por los canales de comunicación móviles a los puntos fijos de control a la estación básica de un operador de comunicación móvil cercano y de la mencionada estación a la base de información técnica vía internet.
