Abstract
Se describe un método y aparato para soportar un acceso aleatorio utilizando un canal de acceso aleatorio (PACH). Cada una de una pluralidad de unidades transmisoras/receptoras inalámbricas (las WTRU) envía una solicitud de acceso aleatorio a una estación de base a un preámbulo de RACH de enlace ascendente. Una respuesta de RACH (mensaje AICH, canal de indicación de acceso), enviado por la estación de base, es recibido por cada WTRU. La señal de respuesta de RCH recibida comprende una porción de control (canal de control de enlace descendente físico, PDCCH) y una porción de datos (canal compartido de enlace descendente físico, PDSCH). La porción de señal de control de la respuesta RACH indica la ubicación de la porción de mensaje de respuesta de RACH. La señal de control de respuesta de RACH comprende elementos de canal de control (CCE) múltiples, en donde cada WTRU se le asigna un CCE respectivo para proporcionar su señal de control de respuesta RACH única. La WTRU está configurada para localizar su CCE destinado de entre múltiples CCE enviados por la estación de base. Descodificación a ciegas.
