Abstract
El objeto de la presente invención es proporcionar una tela industrial de dos capas que tiene la capacidad de presentar buena permeabilidad al aire, buena capacidad de soporte de la fibra, buena suavidad de superficie y gran rigidez mediante la provisión de surcos que se extienden longitudinalmente en su lado de la superficie superior a través de un diseño de tejido. La presente invención proporciona una tela industrial de dos capas, constituida por al menos una urdimbre del lado de la superficie superior que se teje con al menos una trama del lado de la superficie superior, al menos una urdimbre del lado de la superficie inferior que se teje con al menos una trama del lado de la superficie inferior, y al menos un hilo que une la urdimbre que se teje con al menos una trama del lado de la superficie superior y al menos una trama del lado de la superficie inferior que comprende al menos un par de urdimbres superior e inferior en donde las urdimbres del lado de la superficie superior e inferior se encuentran arriba y abajo, respectivamente, y al menos un par de hilos que unen la urdimbre en donde al menos un hilo constituye el hilo que une la urdimbre, caracterizada porque la totalidad o una porción de las urdimbres del lado de la superficie superior constituyen el par de urdimbres superior e inferior constituye urdimbres del lado de la superficie superior incompleta en donde una porción de nudillos están ausentes en el lado de la superficie superior, el par de hilos que unen la urdimbre se ubica para estar adyacentes a las urdimbres del lado de la superficie superior incompleta, todos los nudillos que aparecen en el lado de la superficie superior formada por los hilos que unen la urdimbre y/o las urdimbres del lado de la superficie superior del par de hilos que unen la urdimbre complementa una porción en donde los nudillos de las urdimbres del lado de la superficie superior incompleta están ausentes.
