Abstract
La presente invención se refiere al campo del procesado de hidrocarburos, que causan corrosión en las superficies metálicas de las unidades procesadoras. La presente invención se refiere al problema técnico de la corrosión a altas temperaturas por ácido nafténico y la corrosión por azufre, y proporciona una solución para inhibir estos tipos de corrosión. Las tres composiciones combinadas se forman mediante dos mezclas separadamente, donde se obtiene una mezcla, mezclando el compuesto A, que se obtiene haciendo reaccionar poliisobutileno altamente reactivo (PIBAR) con pentasulfuro de fósforo en presencia de una cantidad catalítica de azufre, con el compuesto B, que es un compuesto tiofosfórico como éster de ácido tiofosfórico de la Fórmula 1, y una segunda mezcla obtenida al mezclar el compuesto A con el compuesto C de la Fórmula 2, que se obtiene haciendo reaccionar el compuesto B con óxido de etileno, donde cada una de estas dos mezclas proporciona independientemente alta eficiencia en la inhibición de la corrosión en el caso inhibición de la corrosión a altas temperaturas por ácido nafténico, y la inhibición de la corrosión por azufre. La presente invención es útil en todas las unidades procesadoras de hidrocarburos, como refinerías, columnas de destilación y otras industrias petroquímicas.
