Abstract

Se describe un compuesto que tiene una actividad de inhibir la producción/secreción de proteína ß-amiloide y es efectivo para la prevención/tratamiento de una enfermedad asociada con la producción/secreción anormal de proteína ß-amiloide. Se describe específicamente un compuesto representado por la fórmula general (I), una sal del mismo, o un solvato del compuesto o la sal, (ver fórmula (I)) en donde R1 representa un grupo alquilo de Cl-C6 el cual puede tener 1 a 6 átomos de halógeno como sustituyentes, un grupo alquenilo de C2-C6 que puede tener 1 a 6 átomos de halógeno como sustituyentes, o un grupo cicloalquilo de C3-C7 que puede tener 1 a 6 átomos de halógeno como sustituyentes; R2 representa un grupo heterocíclico aromático monocíclico nitrogenado de 6 miembros que tiene 1 a 3 sustituyentes, o un grupo heterocíclico bicíclico nitrogenado de 9 ó 10 miembros que tiene 1 a 4 sustituyentes; Z1, Z2 y Z3 representan independientemente un átomo de hidrógeno, un átomo de halógeno o un grupo ciano; y n representa un número de 0, 1 ó 2.
