Abstract
Se describe un panel de clasificación de salud reproductiva masculina. En algunas modalidades, el método comprende clasificar esperma humano utilizando una Prueba de des-condensación acelerada de ADN de esperma (SDAD), y/o un ensayo, de des-condensación de ADN de Esperma (SDD), en combinación con una valoración del índice de fragmentación de ADN de esperma (DFI) de la muestra de esperma de interés. El método es útil en la clasificación y manejo clínico para una pareja humana reproductivamente atacada, en la valoración la salud reproductiva de un donador potencial de esperma, y en la selección de una técnica apropiada reproductiva asistida (ART) para: una pareja reproductivamente atacada. Estos métodos proporcionan un árbol de decisión que emplea una prueba de esperma de un paciente que da lugar a una Prueba de SDAD, Prueba de DFI y/o SDD de esperma. Se describe un método de clasificación automática para valorar la actividad del esperma después de las pruebas de SDAD y SDD. También se describe un protocolo de procesamiento automático de esperma para las pruebas tanto de SDD como de SDAD.
