Abstract
Debido a que el fluazinam es excelente como ingrediente activo de plaguicidas y sumamente útil, es deseable producirlo de modo eficiente en una forma apropiada con operaciones simples a bajo costo de un modo que no perjudique el medio ambiente; el producto deseado se obtiene en buenos rendimientos con operaciones simples mediante fa utilización de sistemas de reacción ventajosos desde el punto de vista industrial a través de un procedimiento que comprende (1) una etapa de hacer reaccionar ACTF y DCDNBTF en presencia de un componente alcalino, un solvente seleccionado del grupo integrado por cetonas, nitrilos, éteres y ésteres y una cantidad suficiente de agua para disolver sustancialmente el componente alcalino, (2) una etapa de neutralización o acidificación de la mezcla de reacción con un ácido y (3) una etapa de remoción del solvente mediante destilación de la mezcla que contiene fluazinam como el producto de reacción y el solvente de la reacción para precipitar cristales del producto.
