Abstract
Esta invenci?n se refiere a la producci?n industrial de prote?nas. M?s espec?ficamente, la invenci?n se refiere a un m?todo para obtener c?lulas que expresan de manera estable una prote?na de inter?s, incluso cuando se cultivan en la ausencia de presi?n selectiva. La DHFR se utiliza como un marcador indirecto. Las c?lulas transfectadas no se seleccionan con base en la resistencia a un compuesto t?xico, sino con base en la fluorescencia como se mide en FACS utilizando MTX fluorescente.
