Abstract
Se describe una semilla de frijol de soya transgénica que tiene un contenido total de ácido graso al menos 10 % mayor y perfiles de ácido graso alterados cuando se compara con el contenido total de ácido graso de una semilla de frijol de soya no transgénica y no segregante. Para aumentar el contenido en lípidos de almacenamiento de semillas se usan genes DGAT de Yarrowia Lipolytica.
