Abstract

Un aparato y un método para mejorar la combustión de combustible organizando una cantidad de agua transformada con un alto nivel de energía almacenada en un arreglo geométrico de manera que se crea una cavidad central que rodea substancialmente un segmento de una línea de combustible que conduce a un dispositivo de combustión tal como un motor de combustión interna. Este proceso altera las características del combustible permitiendo que sea utilizado con un nivel superior de eficacia y con emisiones más bajas de agentes contaminantes tales como hidrocarburos y monóxido de carbono.
