Abstract
Se proporciona un dispositivo de pantalla que incluye una unidad de pantalla que tienen pixeles, cada uno de los cuales incluye un elemento de luminiscencia que se vuelve luminoso individualmente dependiendo de la cantidad de corriente y un circuito del píxel para controlar una corriente aplicada al elemento de luminiscencia de acuerdo con una señal de tensión, donde los pixeles se disponen en un patrón de matriz. El dispositivo de pantalla incluye un calculador (200) de luminancias promedio para calcular la luminancia promedio durante un periodo predeterminado de la señal de imagen de entrada, y también incluye un primer regulador (202) del tiempo luminoso para establecer un rendimiento efectivo dependiendo de la luminancia promedio calculada por el calculador (200) de luminancias promedio, el rendimiento efectivo que regula, para cada un cuadro, un tiempo luminoso durante el cual, el elemento de luminiscencia es luminoso. El regulador (202) del tiempo luminoso establece el rendimiento efectivo de modo tal que una cantidad de luminiscencia regulada por un rendimiento de referencia preestablecido y la luminancia máxima promedio de una señal de imagen.
