Abstract

Un método para la construcción de una base mejorada de tanque. Una base de tanque es construida para la protección contra derrames y/o fugas accidentales asociadas con una batería de tanque. La base mejorada de tanque comprende al menos una parte de un substrato adecuado, el cual permite la adhesión de un elastómero, tal como poliurea. De preferencia, la poliurea es aplicada utilizando un dispositivo de rociado que produce una cobertura promedio aproximadamente de 50-80 milésimas, y de la manera más preferible de 60 milésimas. Si fuera utilizado más de un substrato, uno o más substratos pueden ser unidos juntos con un sistema de fijación. Una vez que la presión sea aplicada en la forma de peso, el sistema de fijación puede ser removido, originando una base mejorada de tanque que tenga al menos un costura y que sea impermeable al fluido de la batería del tanque.
