La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la hidrólisis de nitrilos de las fórmulas I, II y III y respectivamente de las amidas de las fórmulas IV, V y VI, en las cuales R es en cada caso hidrógeno o alquilo de C1-20, para obtener las amidas y/o ácidos correspondientes y respectivamente para obtener los ácidos correspondientes.
