Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un método y disposiciones para ahorrar consumo de energía de batería de un UE en sistema de telecomunicación móvil. El método comprende el paso de comprobar si el UE llena cuando menos uno de los criterios predeterminados que un suscriptor explícitamente solicite recibir avisos en ciclo de DRX extendido y que una nueva celda no se reseleccione durante un tiempo predeterminado. Si el cuando menos uno de los criterios predeterminado se llena, el paso de aplicar un ciclo de DRX extendido se realiza.
