Abstract
El presente invento se refiere a un compuesto de la fórmula 1, sus isómeros geométricos, en una forma ópticamente activa como enantiómeros, diastereómeros, así como en una forma de racemato y sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, donde R se selecciona de CONHOH, CONHCH2SH, CONHCH2SCOCH3, SH, SCOCH3, SCH3, N(OH)COH, COCONHCH3 y CF3 para la preparación de un fármaco, en concreto, para incluir selectivamente la diferenciación terminal de células neoplásicas e inhibir así su proliferación, para incluir la diferenciación de las células tumorales en un tumor con el fin de inhibir la actividad de la histona deacetilasa y para el tratamiento del cáncer primario y secundario.
