Abstract

La invención trata de microesferas que tienen un tamaño, de partícula promedio que fluctúa entre 300 a 1100 ?m, que están compuestas de una sustancia farmacéuticamente activa incrustada en una matriz polimérica de uno o más polímeros insolubles en agua, que se caracterizan porque la matriz polimérica además contiene 10 a 90% por peso de un polímero aniónico y la condición de que las microesferas liberen no más que 10% por peso del compuesto activo contenido en la prueba de liberación de acuerdo con USP en jugo gástrico artificial en pH 1.2 después de 120 minutos y liberen por lo menos 50% del compuesto activo contenido después todo junto en otros 300 minutos en pH 6.8 y/o un pH 7.5.
