Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo y un método para medir un gas protector (8) utilizando en un proceso de soldadura de arco al analizar el gas protector (8) que escapa de una boquilla de gas (27) de un soplete (10), en donde al menos un sensor (31) se distribuye en un dispositivo de medición externa (30) para análisis de gas protector. Para determinación rápida, exacta y práctica y evaluación correspondientemente efectiva del efecto protector del gas protector, para el análisis de gas protector se distribuye al menos un sensor (31) en un dispositivo de medición externo (30) y coloca a una distancia (38) desde el soplete (10) que es sustancialmente la misma distancia (38) entre el soplete (10) y una pieza de trabajo (16) en un proceso de soldadura, y así el surgimiento y efecto del gas protector (8) de un proceso de soldadura real pueda simularse y al menos un sensor (31) se conecta a una unidad de evaluación (32) y a través del último a un dispositivo de soldadura (1).
