Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un artículo absorbente que tiene un lienzo inferior, un núcleo absorbente y dobleces o un lienzo superior; ese lienzo superior incluye por lo menos una abertura adaptada para recibir materia fecal; esos dobleces o lienzo superior comprenden un material de lienzo de tela no tejida que comprende, por lo general, por lo menos dos capas de tela no tejida; esas capas están, por lo general, adheridas entre sí solamente en forma parcial y cada una comprende, por lo general, dos o más tramas de tela no tejida que están laminadas entre sí, en donde la capa o trama de tela no tejida que está en contacto con al piel tiene una rigidez de flexión específica baja, mientras que el lienzo de tela no tejida entero tiene una función de barrena muy alta.
