Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para formar una esfera recubierta; el proceso comprende los pasos de: (a) combinar un alginato de metal alcalino con agua; (b) preparar una mezcla del alginato de metal alcalino con un ingrediente sensible; (c) bombear esa mezcla a una tobera; (d) cortar la mezcla con una corriente fluida; (e) formar una esfera; (f) dejar caer la esfera en una matriz de recubrimiento; (g) proveer un primer recubrimiento de protección alrededor de la esfera; y (h) formar una esfera recubierta.
