Abstract

El cierre tiene (a) una pared superior (12); (b) una pared lateral (14) que tiene una superficie interior, una superficie exterior, una porción superior y una porción inferior; (c) una cuerda(s) sobre la superficie interior de la pared lateral; (d) una banda de inviolabilidad (20) que tiene una superficie interior (24) , una superficie exterior (22), un borde superior (26) y un borde inferior (28) , unido el borde superior de la banda de inviolabilidad a la porción inferior de la pared lateral por una pluralidad de puentes rompibles (30); y, en una modalidad, (e) una pluralidad de lengüetas (34) unidas al borde inferior de la banda de inviolabilidad, teniendo cada una de las lengüetas una superficie exterior (38a) que soporta al menos un diente inclinado (40a), siendo cada una de las lengüetas doblable para contactar la superficie interior de la banda de inviolabilidad, por lo que, cuando se doblan, los dientes inclinados sobre las lengüetas se encuentran orientados radialmente hacia adentro en dirección del eje de la pared lateral, y se embragan parcialmente con los dientes inclinados en la superficie exterior del cuello del recipiente.
