Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricación de un recipiente (1) por estirado-soplado en un molde (11) a partir de una pieza en bruto (3) de material plástico, que comprende las operaciones consistentes en: - calentamiento de la pieza en bruto (3) a una temperatura de calentamiento (T) predeterminada; - introducción de la pieza en bruto (3) en el molde (11); - estirado de la pieza en bruto (3) mediante un vástago (16) desplazado a una velocidad de estirado (VE) predeterminada; - en un instante predeterminado, llamado señal de inicio del presoplado (tp), el accionamiento de la apertura de una electroválvula (22) para comunicar el interior de la pieza en bruto (3) con una fuente (20) de gas a una presión de presoplado (Pp) y un caudal (Dp) de presoplado predeterminados; - medición de la presión (P) en el interior de la pieza en bruto (3); - detección de un pico de presión; - memorización del instante (tB) en el cual se produce ese pico de presión, así como de la presión (PB) correspondiente existente en la pieza en bruto (3); - comparación del instante (tB) y de la presión (PB) del pico detectado con, respectivamente, un instante y una presión predeterminados de un pico teórico de presión; - si el pico medido y el pico teórico no coinciden, es necesario modificar al menos uno de Los siguientes parámetros: presión (Pp) de presoplado, caudal de presoplado (Dp), señal de inicio del presoplado (tp), velocidad (VE) de estirado y temperatura (T) de calentamiento.
