Abstract

Se proporciona un procedimiento para obtener D-isoglutamil-D-tript ófano cristalino puro, que incluye la etapa de desproteger N-terc-butoxicarbonil-D-isoglutamil-D-triptófano esencialmente puro o su diéster, para producir D-isoglutamil-D-triptófano esencialmente puro. También se proporciona un procedimiento para la preparación de la sal monoamónica pura de D-isoglutamil-D-tript ófano a partir de N-terc-butoxicarbonil-D-isoglutamil-D-triptófano esencialmente puro. La sal amónica de D-isoglutamil-D-triptófano (1:1) es un sólido farmacéutico estable.
