Abstract

Un proceso para producir paneles de cemento estructural reforzados con fibras, constituidos por al menos una capa de suspensión de cemento reforzado con fibras; incluyendo el proceso, para cada una de dichas capas de suspensión: proveeré una hoja continua que se mueve; depositar una primera capa de fibras sueltas individuales, sobre la hoja continua; depositar una capa de suspensión fraguable sobre la primera capa depositada de fibras sueltas individuales; depositar una segunda capa de fibras sueltas individuales, sobre la capa depositada de suspensión fraguable; e incrustar activamente ambas capas de fibras sueltas individuales, dentro de la capa de suspensión, para distribuir las fibras por la totalidad de la suspensión.
