Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para fabricar una parte de material compuesto que comprende refuerzo de fibra densificada por una matriz, el método comprende las etapas de: - Hacer un preformado de fibra consolidado mediante impregnación (S4) una textura de fibra hecha de hilos con una composición líquida de consolidación que contiene un precursor para un material consolidante, y transformar (S7) el precursor en material consolidante mediante pirolisis para obtener un preformado consolidado que mantenga su forma; y - Densificar (S8) el preformad de fibra consolidada mediante infiltración de vapor químico; El método se caracteriza porque incluye, antes de la impregnación (S4) de la textura de fibra con la composición líquida de consolidación, una etapa de llenado (S2) de los poros de los hilos de dicha textura de fibra mediante una composición rellenadora.
