Abstract
Una instalación (100) para la fabricación de productos cerámicos que comprende un molde (1) dividido por lo menos en dos partes (2, 3) que forma una cavidad interna (C) en donde se forma el producto, y móviles una hacia otra y una de otra, bajo la acción de los respectivos medios de impulsión (4) que actúan en ambas direcciones a lo largo de una línea de sujeción predeterminada (S), de tal manera que se una o desunan las partes (2, 3) una a otra y una de otra; cada parte (2, 3) del molde (1) comprende por lo menos una superficie exterior posterior (2p, 3p) y una superficie exterior lateral (2s, 3s); por lo menos una de las partes (2, 3) está equipada con unos medios (6) para contener y controlar un fluido, y envolviendo la superficie exterior posterior (2p, 3p) y lateral (2s, 3s) de la parte (2, 3) del molde (1) y estando asociado (2, 3) del molde (1); los medios de contención están asociados con la parte (2, 3) del molde (1) de tal manera que, durante el ciclo de colado de producto, las fuerzas (SF) que actúan sobre la parte (2, 3) del molde (1). son compensadas constantemente por unas fuerzas correlacionadas (FR).
