Abstract

Pistola mecatronica para el encintado de arnés en un mismo lugar es una maquina portable que se utiliza para llevar a cabo el proceso de espoteado (enrollar en un mismo punto de cinta el arnes) en el arnes. El operador introduce la pistola en el arnes realizando la aplicación de cinta con adhesivo en un mismo lugar y el corte automático de la misma, el cual se obtiene por medio de los elementos de corte. El corte de la cinta se realiza de forma triangular permitiendo la rápida visualización del mismo. La adhesión de la cinta se logra a través de un dispositivo flexible el cual se ajusta de manera perfecta a la forma geométrica del arnes. La pistola es totalmente portable, se alimenta con 115 V AC a 60 Hz con un peso de 2.037 Kg. permitiendo al operador mejorar sus tiempos de aplicación de 4 seg. a 1.5 seg. por aplicación. La maquina permite el ajuste del largo de la cinta a aplicar según el requerido por el cliente. Puede ser usada para el encintado de un arnes con un diámetro desde1/8 hasta 1 pulgada.
