Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para producir un componente de soporte (1), en particular una varilla conectora (1), a partir de una parte moldeada (2), en donde el componente de soporte (1) incluye al menos un asiento de soporte dividido (5) formando por una base de soporte (3) y una cubierta de soporte (4), y cubriéndose una superficie de asiento de soporte (7) con un estrato de soporte (6) de un material de estrato de soporte que se forma en el asiento de soporte (5) para sostener un eje. En el método de la presente invención, la cubierta de soporte (4) se separa de la parte moldeada (2) a lo largo de una superficie separadora (8). De acuerdo con la invención, un agente de enmascaramiento (M) se coloca de manera perpendicular con respecto a una línea separadora (10) sobre la superficie de asiento de soporte (7) durante un proceso de cubierta para aplicar el estrato de soporte (6) con objeto de formar una región libre de cubierta, de tal manera que se produzca un receso (9) a una amplitud predeterminada (B) en el estrato de soporte (6). El agente de enmascaramiento (M) se forma como un elemento que se separa del componente de soporte (1) y no se conecta al mismo. La invención también se refiere a un dispositivo para llevar a cabo un método de producción eficiente y eficaz en costos para componentes de soporte cubiertos.
