La presente invención se refiere a un vidrio satinado-mateado que tiene un acabado uniforme perfectamente homogéneo, de un tacto suave y terso, con un aspecto agradable a la vista. Con valores definidos de transmitancia, absorbancia, reflectancia, rugosidad y un serie de micrografías realizadas con un microscopio de fuerza atómica para ver la morfología y estructura del vidrio-satinado.Con una rugosidad Ra de 1.04 hasta 4.07 y una rugosidad Rz de 6.7 hasta 23.2 y Un (%) de transmitancia, un (%) absorbancia y un (%) reflactancia.Estos vidrios satinados-mateados son útiles en la industria del vidrio y de la construcción.
