Abstract

Stopper for security of bottles and the like with anti-refill device, which comprises a cylindrical sleeve (1) connected to the neck of the bottle or the like, an anti-refill device (2) located at the inner portion of the sleeve (1), a cap (3) able to be screwed and a cylindrical safety band (4) which extends the cap downwardly (3) and which lower end portion is axially retained in the cylindrical sleeve (1). The safety band (4) has at least a weakening line (5) which pre-configures a strip (10) and which follows an helicoidal pattern in an axial direction, so that when the cap (3) is unscrewed by first time, the weakening line (5) is broken, thus forming a strip (10) which remains complete and attached by one point to the cap (3) and/or by other point to the lower end portion of the safety band (4) retained in the cylindrical sleeve (1).
