Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un conjunto de troquel novedoso para extrudir y trefilar metal férreo o no férreo, y también a un método para hacer el mismo. El conjunto de troquel de acuerdo con la presente invención comprende un núcleo de troquel (3); por lo menos un aro pre-tensado (2) colocado alrededor del núcleo de troquel (3); y una cubierta de troquel (1) rodeando al aro (2), donde el aro (2) se deforma físicamente y se endurece mediante ajustarlo a presión con la cubierta (1) tal que el aro tenga un esfuerzo de compresión excediendo su límite de resistencia elástica de material por 10-40%, y la característica geométrica concordante (5) del núcleo y el aro es ahusada hacia la salida, para con ello obtener un sistema de recipiente rígido en el cual un núcleo de troquel se puede ajustar a presión con una gran fuerza sin fractura del troquel. Como resultado, un conjunto de troquel de larga duración con sorprendentemente alto desempeño, pequeña dimensión y bajo costo de producción se obtiene mediante ensamblar al núcleo de troquel por una gran fuerza sin fractura del troquel.
