Abstract

Se describe una lámpara de casco que incorpora un alojamiento. Un módulo de control está colocado dentro del alojamiento e incluye un interruptor multifuncional, un tablero de circuitos y contactos adaptados para recibir energía desde una batería. Un módulo óptico se coloca también dentro del alojamiento y en acoplamiento con el módulo de control. El módulo de control incluye un módulo de diodos emisores de luz (LED) y un reflector y disipador térmico integrado así como un aislante. Un bisel está sujetado al alojamiento para asegurar de esta manera el módulo de control y módulo óptico dentro del alojamiento de la lámpara de casco. Un botón está colocado en el alojamiento y está conectado al interruptor multifuncional. Un LED de respaldo está en comunicación con el interruptor multifuncional de tal manera que la luz LED principal o el LED de respaldo puedan seleccionarse alternativamente.
