Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para amortiguar pulsaciones de descarga en un medio que es bombeado a través de un sistema de tubos en una forma de pulsación mediante una bomba de desplazamiento que opera con una característica de descarga específica, cuyo dispositivo comprenden por lo menos un alojamiento con por lo menos una cámara de amortiguamiento parcialmente llena de gas que tiene un cierto volumen presente en el mismo, cuto alojamiento puede ser conectado al sistema de tubos, de tal manera que una capa de interconexión está presente entre el medio y el gas en la cámara de amortiguamiento durante la operación, cuya cámara de amortiguamiento tiene una característica de presión de gas deseada que depende parcialmente de la característica de descarga de la bomba de desplazamiento, donde el volumen de gas que está presente en la cámara de amortiguamiento varía en tiempo entre un volumen de compresión mínimo y un volumen de expansión máximo bajo la influencia de las pulsaciones de descarga durante la operación, así como medios de ajuste que suministran gas a, o descargan gas desde la cámara de amortiguamiento. La presente invención proporciona una construcción más simple y menos complicada para amortiguadores de pulsación proporcionados con un elemento de separación y para cajas de aire comprimido no proporcionadas con un elemento de separación. Para poder lograr un amortiguamiento optimizado de las pulsaciones de descarga los medios de ajuste de acuerdo con la invención se disponen para determinar la característica de presión de gas deseada en la cámara de amortiguamiento a partir de la característica de descarga de la bomba de desplazamiento y determinan la característica de presión de gas actual en la cámara de amortiguamiento y comparan la característica de presión de gas actual como determinada con la característica de presión de gas deseada de la cámara de amortiguamiento y determinan la posición actual de la capa de interconexión en la cámara de amortiguamiento a partir de la comparación.
