The house developable upwards that already at the design stage is adapted to the subsequent investment cycle, characterised by the fact, that after the first stage of building process the load-bearing structure of the building in the vertical intersection has got the shape of the "H&rdguo; or "h&rdquo,- letter or the shape close to them, and the horizontal line (2) is the line of the structural ceiling and/or a flat roof and/or a roof, below which there is situated the top and roofed-over closed storey, and above there is at least one load-bearing wall (1) or load-bearing structure forming a shield- for an optional terrace, and/or a garden situated on the roof, and/or a shield for the roofed over open storey, and/or a shield for the empty space over the roof, at the some time the load-bearing wall or the load-bearing (1) structure protruding above the built-over storey form an element binding the elements added on the top to the load-bearing structure of the building at the next stage of the construction process.
Description
DEVELOPABLE HOUSING RAMP
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The subject of the invention is the developable house ramp and the system of its extension.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION One of the most important needs in the life of the human being is to have a place to ensure a safe refuge, which allows him to survive in conditions of climatic changes. Since the dawn of time, human beings adapted to caves and other natural refuges according to their needs. Over the course of time, they learned how to build structures that would ensure a more comfortable life. The construction industry is one of the disciplines that has been evolving continuously and still does not ensure decent housing conditions. This is inevitable in relation to the insufficient financial means possessed by each person in particular.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The most popular method of building a house is to construct the complete object in a single cycle. The drawback of this method is the need to gather the essential financial means in a short time. Also the
lack of adaptation of a building constructed in such a way that frequently changing conditions in the life of a family are a problem. The solution that allows to eliminate this type of problems are the houses that can be built in stages. The most frequently used method is the atrium house, which allows building on the wings of the object until closing the object surrounding the interior courtyard. However, this solution requires a relatively large area, therefore building on the next floor is a frequent method of extension. In turn, this solution is somewhat problematic, since it requires serious interference in the structure of the existing object that was not previously designed with the extension option. The essence of the invention is the developable ramp of the house that is already in the design stage and adapts to the subsequent investment cycle, characterized by the fact that, after the first stage of the construction process, the structure that supports the load of the building in the vertical intersection has acquired the shape of the letter "H" or "h" or the shape that resembles them and the horizontal line is the line of the structural roof and / or a flat roof and / or a roof , under which the upper part and covered closed floor is located and on there is at least one wall that supports the load or a structure that supports the load forming a protection for the terrace
optional, and / or a garden located on the roof, and / or a protection for the covered open floor, and / or a protection for the empty space on the roof. The wall that supports the load or the structure that supports the load projects over the constructed floor forming an element that joins the elements that are added to the upper part of the structure that supports the load of the building in the next stage of the construction process. It is also essential for the support of structural roof elements and / or flat roofs, / or roof structures, in the walls that support the load and / or in the structures that support the load that a strip of independent support points be used. , the load bearing planes which form a support plane for the structural roof and / or the flat roof and / or the roof and these planes protrude from the walls supporting the load or from the structures supporting the load and / or penetrate them. Advantageously, these support points form; gratings, which protrude from the walls that support the load or the structures that support the load, niches that penetrate the load-bearing walls and structures that support the load or that combine niches and grids. There is also the possibility of joining together the support niches in the grids, in the niches or a combination of these that run along part of the wall or the entire wall. It is also important that on walls and / or structures that
they are added in the upper part of the last floor, there is a permanent or movable roof, including a sliding roof, but optionally covering a part of the floor or the entire floor. It is also important that on or in the walls and 5 structures that are added in the upper part, gutters and / or guides for movable ceilings are optionally adapted.
It is also essential that at the completion of the stage of the construction process, or the extension stage, there is the possibility of having an extension in the future, including 0 repetition of the cycle. It is also essential that there is optionally a possibility to prefabricate houses and / or their fragments and / or elements for construction and / or extension of the houses.
The adopted solutions are applicable for construction and extension of floors on the upper floors of buildings. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES The subject of the invention is described in the drawing in which Figure 1 shows a simplified axonometric view of the load-bearing structure of the building, figures 2 to 7 show different variants of the structures. of load support protruding over the structural ceiling, and Figure 8 shows an example on J as fixing of the roof and floor beams in the niches that were made in the walls supporting the load, and Figure 5 9 shows the support of beams in the protruding grids
of the walls. Figure 10 shows the roof structure supported in the combination of niches / grids. Figures j 11, 12 and 13 show different variants of the ceilings. Figure 14 shows a fragment of the structure of the wall
5 equipped with gutters, and figures 15, 16 and 17 show later stages of the extension of the house. Figure 18 shows a one-story roofed house with walls that were added to the top and the same house after the second extension stage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In the first stage of the construction process of the house, on the closed upper floor of the building, on the structural ceiling and / or the roof, the walls that support the caga and the structures that support the loads were assembled in an optional way by forming or using a rooftop protection and / or protection of the garden located on the roof, and / or an open roofing protection and / or a protection of the empty space on the roof and facilitating the same or time the extension in the future of flats in part 1 above. The vertical section of the structure defines the frame of the floor of the building after the first stage of the construction process, executed with the method according to the invention having the shape of the letter "H" or letter "h" 5 a shape that resembles it, where the vertical lines
denote the walls or load bearing structures
'opposite 1' and the horizontal lines denote the ceiling
I structural and / or flat roof and / or roof 2, below which are the closed roofed parts of the building and 5 above there is an open terrace and an open roofed floor and / or an empty space on the roof. The walls or structures that support the load that were added in the upper part can be made of any materials, can be of any shape and structure, can be added to the top over the total or incomplete length of the wall, etc. Figures 2 and 7 show these variants. For the functional needs, and in particular to comply with the requirements imposed by the development plan of the area, the roof 5 of any form that is supported on the walls or structural elements that was added to the top can be placed on top of the floor or on the total floor. Said roof can be permanent or movable, also including a sliding roof. The 0 variants of the example of said ceilings are presented in figures 11, 12 and 13. In order to support said elements of the structure such as the floor beams 2 or the roof gutters, a strip of support points was optionally used. 5 'independent 3, the bases that support the load 4 which
protrude at a suitable height outside the walls. In a different version of execution, the bases that support the load 4 sink into the walls thus forming niches. This variant is presented in Figure 8. The bases of the niches are the support places for elements of the structural roof structure 2, elements of the roof structure, etc. After disassembly, the roof channels can be moved higher and supported in the strips of the independent support points located higher and the elements supporting the structural roof load 2 are placed in place of these. Figure 9 shows the support of the roof gutters at the independent support points 3 executed in the form of protruding grids. The following figure shows a combination of two solutions. The fringes-niches are formed as a combination of lower niches and less protruding grids outside the contour of the wall 1. The independent support point system facilitates the fast and correct assembly of posterior structural ceilings, flat roofs etc., without the need for interference from the structure that supports the building's load. At the same time, it protects against damage to the structure in case of disassembling the roof with the aim of placing it on the next floor. To eliminate dripping water from the ceiling, a
Gutter that made of any material can be adapted on or in the wall and / or structure that is added in the upper part. This detail is shown in Figure 14. The house can be built in stages depending on the needs and financial possibilities of the investors. Starting from a very economical basic version with a protected terrace, ending with a multi-storey building. The following figures show the stages of possible subsequent investments and Figure 15 shows the building after the first stage of the construction process and Figure 16 shows the same object after the second stage of extension. Figure 17 shows this building after the third extension stage. A very important advantage of said method of construction is the possibility of a joined finish of the façade of the upper floor in the first stage of the construction process, regardless of the extension stage in the particular adjacent houses. Thanks to this, the architectural and aesthetic cohesion of a row of houses or urbanization of houses with houses that are in different stages of development is not altered.
