Abstract
La presente invención, se refiere a un proceso de tratamiento o co-proceso de reciclaje para residuos aceitosos provenientes de la explotación de los hidrocarburos, sus manufacturas y derivados, sin emplear agregados de bancos naturales durante el proceso de transformación, con el cual se elabora el nuevo material, útil como agregado para el diseño de carpetas de rodamiento asfálticas o hidráulicas, bases, sub-bases de caminos, reparación por mantenimiento en bacheo, de aplicación en frío, con características y propiedades mecánicas: plasticidad nula; no toxico; insoluble e impermeable al agua, que evita cualquier tipo de lixiviado durante su manejo o aplicaciones. Con v.r.s. y compactación optimas, lo que reduce costos y tiempos de construcción e impactos negativos al medio ambiente. Por el aprovechamiento sustentable de esas corrientes residuales.
