Abstract

Proceso para conformar y templar una pieza de trabajo de acero en una prensa de troquel, en donde la pieza (4) de trabajo se calienta a su región de temperatura austenítica, a continuación se coloca entre una estampa (2) superior y una contraestampa (3) de una matriz (1) de conformación de la prensa de troquel o matrizadota, a continuación la pieza (4) de trabajo se conforma con calentamiento entre la estampa (2) superior y la contraestampa (3) y a continuación se templa o endurece a través del contacto inmediato con un medio (6) refrigerante dentro de la matriz (1) de conformación. Los troqueles (2, 3) se conducen parcialmente de manera separada luego del conformado tal que el medio (6) refrigerante fluye a través de las ranuras (10, 11) que se originan entre los troqueles (2, 3) y fluye hacia la pieza (4) de trabajo hacia el espacio (9) de conformación.
