Abstract

Se describe un método para tratar células y/o unidades de transferencia nuclear y/o células germinales en cultivo con tales compuestos, de manera individual o en combinación; el método resulta en un genoma hipometilado globalmente y en un restablecimiento del potencial de diferenciación y/o desarrollo de la célula, o potencialidad; además, se describe un método para la producción in vitro de células reprogramdas que han tenido un potencial de diferenciación (totipotencial, pluropotencial o multipotencial) restablecido mediante la de metilación del genoma.
