Abstract

Diversas modalidades de la presente invencion proporcionan un sistema que les permite a los prestamistas proporcionar acuerdos financieros mas favorables para los prestatarios que desean utilizar su inventario almacenado como garantia colateral para el acuerdo financiero. En particular, el sistema proporciona un mecanismo a traves del cual el prestamista puede recibir mas informacion acerca de y ejercer un mayor nivel de control sobre el inventario almacenado que asegura un acuerdo financiera, lo cual le brinda al prestamista la seguridad de que la garantia colateral estara accesible en caso de incumplimiento de pago por parte del prestatario. Por ejemplo, tal informacion puede incluir lo que se encuentra en el inventario, donde se encuentra ubicado el inventario, las cantidades de cada activo en el inventario, y si el prestamista puede acceder a y liquidar los activos en caso de incumplimiento de pago del acuerdo financiero por parte del prestatario.
