Abstract

La presente invencion comprende los compuestos de la Formula 1: en donde, R1 es independientemente H o halogeno; R2 es, por ejemplo, H o -R10-NR11R12, y en donde R10 es alquilo de C1-C6, y R11 y R12 son independientemente H, alquilo de C1-C4, e hidratos, solvatos, sales y tautomeros de los mismos. La invencion comprende ademas los metodos para la fabricacion de los compuestos de la invencion y metodos para fabricar los compuestos utiles en el tratamiento o prevencion de la arritmia cardiaca de los compuestos de la invencion. (ver formula).
