Detailed Description of the Invention Before an explanation of the figures, it should be clear that the multiple electronic and static screen compartment can be assembled by the video monitor manufacturer (sold as an original permanent part of the video monitor) or as a panel compartment for commercial advertisement to be adhered to existing video monitors with mounting combinations.
The general mission of the panel compartment system for commercial advertisement is to become the ficompartment platform for video display advertisement for the video display trade for fixed and portable ads. The system will facilitate that the adjusted and portable video and screen systems increased the attention of the viewer of panels for commercial announcements, the advertisement of management of the sponsor and attention of mark taking the advantage of existing spectators. The commercial ad panel compartment is a simple and relatively easy sponsor / panel ad adaptable compartment that will increase any capacity of video screens and revenue generator potential. This is achieved by adapting the Panel Compartment for Commercial Announcement for existing or new video display systems (monitors, televisions, etc.) and having the ability to adhere to and / or be manufactured as an original equipment under license by different product names. brands of video screen systems. The system will use extremely low energy LED lighting strips to internally illuminate the panels for commercial advertisement / transparent sponsor for maximum vision, so it does not require additional power supplies. Will have the ability to use the manufacturer's existing electricity supplies, with the entry of the manufacturers. It is projected that the Panel Compartment for commercial advertisement will quickly establish a niche market for specialized ad screens to be used for numerous applications. The Panel Compartment for commercial advertisement is an effective cost method to enhance any corporation or ad awareness program that already uses video monitors, flat panel displays or televisions. It is very obvious to pursue the retail consumer market, travel and sports. The sale of flat panel and LCD plasma screens (traditional 4: 3 format and the most widely accepted 16: 9 HDTV format) represents an important consumer retail market. The commercial market is still developing and is not fully realized. All manufacturers are actively engaged in the trade and manufacture of flat panel displays for retail consumers and are now evolving the commercial market. The most beneficial and obvious commercial requests for the Panel Compartment for commercial advertisement are Convention screens, Retail Displays, Commercial Squares, Sands, Stadiums, Sports nightclubs or clubs, Restaurants, Elevators, Sanitary, Airports, Train, Metro Stations, Airplanes, Buses, Trains, Taxis, (Rear Seat), Menu Boards of Fast Food Establishments, External Displays, Small Announcements, Digital Kiosks, Grocery Stores, Super Markets and Systems for Personal Ads (www. .pixman.com.etc) The commercial announcement panel compartment will provide a niche market advantage needed for existing commercial users of Cathode Ray Tube / flat panel video display technologies. The sub-fund will provide "fixed" sponsor / brand ad media in a changing and constantly moving video message. Spectators will not only see the moving video screen in essence, but they will also peripherally see the static "static" message or logo inserted in the "back lit" commercial / sponsoring commercial and illuminated panels surrounding the screen. video. Reference is now made to Figures 1 to 10, which illustrate the preferred embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention as illustrated in an assembled view in Figure 7, in particular. Turning first to Figure 1, a standard flat screen video monitor 10 is illustrated, which can be defined as a screen that includes all portable video monitors, such as televisions, high-definition liquid crystal plasma displays ( LCD), light emitting diode (LED) screens, organic light emitting diode (OLED) displays, and other similar technologies for video transmission and display of electronic graphics. As seen in the figural, the monitor 10 would have standard mounting bracket means 11, which include a pair of vertical mounting arms 12 adhered to the rear surface 14 of the monitor 10. The pair of brackets 12 would be secured to a vertical surface 60, such as a wall, through a vertical surface bracket 16, and thus the flat screen monitor 10 may be placed on a wall thereof when it is being used. In Figure 2, there is illustrated a panel display system for commercial advertisement 20 of the present invention, which is ready to be fitted to a flat screen monitor 10. The mounting brackets are not illustrated in this view, but will be illustrated and discussed in Figure 5 A. In its preferred embodiment, the system 20 will include a three-dimensional compartment 22 that will have a pair of side vertical walls 24, an upper wall 26 and a lower surface or a wall 28. The compartment 22 will include a plurality of panels for front commercial 30 which would include a panel for upper front commercial advertisement 32, front side commercial announcement panels 34, and a front lower commercial advertisement panel 36. This will define the entire compartment 22. As illustrated in Figure 2, the compartment 22 will have an opening 38 in its center which will be sized to accommodate to a typical monitor 10, having a screen 13, which is also illustrated in Figure 2, and as explained and illustrated in Figure 1. When the screen system 20 is assembled, the compartment 22 will be adjusted on the monitor 10 as illustrated in the full assembly of figure 3. The monitor 10 assembled with the screen system 20 is defined as the panel display system for commercial advertisement / composite monitor 50. As explained earlier in figure 1, a Typical video monitor 10 will be mounted on its bracket means 11, which includes brackets 12 and 16 as illustrated in Figure 1, and will be placed on a vertical surface 60. When the system screen 20 is adjusted on the monitor 10, as seen in Figure 3, the screen system 20 will be as such required to have a mounting bracket assembly system that will allow it to be placed around the monitor 10 without the monitor 10 has to support the weight of the system 20 when it has been assembled in its entirety. Therefore, returning to Figure 4, there is illustrated the composite mounting bracket 40 which will be used in conjunction with the mounting bracket 12 of the monitor 10. As illustrated in Figure 4, the mounting bracket 40 will include a pair of horizontal mounting members 42 which will be secured to the rear surface 14 of the monitor 10. Next, a pair of vertical mounting arms 46 mounted on the mounting members 42 will be provided, each of which will include a plurality of teeth 52 which will extend outwardly from the wall 60 in the vertical mounting arms 46. As illustrated in Figure 4, the teeth 52, which would be so spaced apart that would allow the monitor 10 to fit intermediately in the two vertical mounting arms 46, even though the system 20 is placed therein, the system 20 will be supported by the teeth 52 and will allow it to be supported in the same way as the video monitor 10, as it is seen in FIG. or in the composite view of Figure 3. As shown in Figure 4, the horizontal members 42 include a plurality of openings 43, which will allow the vertical arms 46 to be spaced at varying distances depending on the thickness of the particular monitor 10 on which system 20 is mounted. For example, as seen in Figure 5A, mounting bracket 40 is secured view to monitor 10, and monitor 10 secured to surface 60. There is also a panel display system for commercial 20. At this point , the panel display system for commercial advertisement 20 will be slid in the direction of arrow 62 and will be supported on composite mounting brackets 40, as illustrated in Figure 3. Figure 5 B illustrates a rear view of the display system of panel for commercial advertisement 20, a compartment monitor 10, supported by the composition bracket 40, while the composition unit 50 is supported by the monitor bracket means 11. Once the system 50 is placed in place, the composition unit 50 is ready to operate with the video monitor 10 being used in its normal fashion, and the panel for commercial advertisement 20 with its plurality of commercial advertisement panels 32, 34 and 36 used for show different types of commercial or similar advertisements during their use. Discussing the construction of the commercial advertisement system 20, and the compartment 22, the reference is made to Figure 6. In that figure, there is a perspective view of the display system of the panel for commercial advertisement 20 which, as discussed above , includes a compartment 22, which has vertical side walls 22, 24 and the top wall 26 and a bottom wall 28. The compartment 22 will include a plurality of openings or compartments 31 along its edge to accommodate the commercial advertisement panels, which display the messages to system users. These messages can be in the form of LEDs or simply illuminated messages or unenlightened word messages or pictographic messages that will be placed in the different openings 31. A panel board 37 will then be inserted over each of the openings, which will allow to see several messages that are showing. Once the various plates 37 are in place, the four plates will define the face of the top panel 32, side panels 34, and the bottom panel 36 of the screen system 20, upon which the messages will be displayed, as will be discussed. later. At that point, the final outer frames 39 will be placed in the unit, which will form the composition unit 20 as illustrated. It should be clear once again that the system 20 is capable of displaying messages independent of the images that are being displayed on the monitor 10. As such, any electric lighting or similar components within the system 20 have power independent of the monitor 10, since either through an AC current or a battery power. Returning to Figure 7, one sees what could typically be an advertisement used in the composition unit 50, which, in this case, will include a sports activity, such as football being shown on the face of the monitor 10, while the term "Budweiser" (which is a registered trademark of the Budweiser Corporation) is included in the panel for commercial advertisement above 32, while in the background panel 36 a sports score is seen for various types of games. Simultaneously, the side panels 34 are left blank, or may have other promotional statements or logos or figures or words shown therein. Again, it should be clear that as seen in Figure 7, the term "Budweiser" may be made in lights, or the word may be written on a flat surface in panel 32 as it would be in the other panels 34 and 36 depending on who wants to use a particular client. Also, each of the maximum panels 32, bottom panels 36 and side panels 34 can display illuminated or unilluminated images independent of one another during the process. Returning to the figures from 8 A to 8 B, a typical monitor 10 is illustrated in each of the figures of the commercial advertisement panels 32, 34 and 36 shown in various modalities of the system 20. For example, in the Figure 8 A shows an upper panel 32, a lower panel 36 with none of the side panels 34. In figure 8 B only the side panels 34 are illustrated without any tip or bottom panel 33, 36, respectively. In FIG. 8C there is illustrated an upper panel 32 with the monitor 10, without any other panel shown as part of the system 20. In FIG. 8D there are illustrated 4 panels, with the upper panel 23 and the bottom panel 36 being extends through the entire thickness of the monitor, while the side panels 34 are seen slightly truncated in use. Since in FIG. 8E the top panel 32 is the thickness of the monitor 10, the bottom panel 36 extends beyond the width of the monitor 10, while the side panels 34 appear to rest on the bottom panel 36. In FIG. 8F, FIG. see a view where the side panels 34 extend the total height of the unit 50 while the top panel 32 and the bottom panel 36 cover only the width of the monitor 10. Finally, in figure 8G a side panel 34 is simply shown together to monitor 10 without any of the other panels in place. These are views of the manner in which the panels can be adjusted around the video monitor 10 but are not exhaustive means. These are simply illustrative examples of the various options that this unit allows. Turning now to Figures 9 and 10, it is foreseen that panels for commercial advertisement can be more modular in nature. For example, a panel for commercial advertisement 32 may be included, as seen in Figure 10, where an opening 31 is seen as explained above with a panel plate 37, which may have a message or the like on its face . Instead of having to carry the panel apart to place the panel plate 37 in place, one will simply lift the end 70 of the exterior face 39 and slide the panel for commercial advertisement 32 out and replace it with a new panel board 37 Figure 9 illustrates a cross-sectional view of the space 31, of the panel for commercial advertisement 32 illustrated in Figure 10, where series of LEDs 72, or the like, will be included, illuminating the panel plate 37 after it has been replaced in system panel display for commercial advertisement 20. Figure 11 illustrates a modified modality of the panel display system for commercial advertisement composed 50 as it will be fixed around the monitor 10. In this case, the two side panels 34 and a lower panel are seen 36 in a rectangular shape, while the upper panel 32 has an unusual shape which allows a larger face 80. This face 80 will allow a company or other organization to place its name. re o logo in that larger space to be an advertisement for the logo or the name of the company while one was watching the video monitor 10 around which the panel system for commercial advertisement 20 is assembled. This particular embodiment of the system 50 is illustrated by being supported on a pedestal 84, although it may also be supported on a wall 60, or suspended from the ceiling. Of course it is envisioned that there may be another word or as screens on side panels 34 and bottom panels 36 as will be claimed by the customer. As mentioned above, the video screen system includes all portable video monitors such as televisions, high-definition liquid crystal plasma (LCD) screens, light emitting diode (LED) displays, diode displays of organic light emission (OLED), and other similar technologies for video transmission and display of electronic graphics. The monitor will be provided with a plurality of panels, which may include one or more side panels, a top panel, and a bottom panel, to define a perimeter of the panels for commercial advertisement, wherein the advertisement messages may be provided. through electronic means or other means, as explained here. In addition, panels for commercial advertisement may be provided as a piece of a panel display unit for commercial advertisement having an aperture like the monitor, such as a high definition television can be placed. A programmable LED screen could be provided together with the bottom panel 20, or for that matter, through any of the other panels, which surround the monitor. Again, the display unit can be provided by the manufacturer as a permanent part of the monitor, or it can be improved on existing monitors of any size and dimension.
