Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un yunque para soladura ultrasónica con montaje del yunque sobre una palanca paralela; adicionalmente, la invención se relaciona con un dispositivo para soldadura ultrasónica con al menos un martillo ultrasónico y un yunque superior.

Description

YUNQUE PARA SOLDADURA ULTRASONICA Y DISPOSITIVO PARA SOLDADURA ULTRASONICA MEMORIA DESCRIPTIVA La invención se relaciona con un yunque y un dispositivo para soldadura ultrasónica. Un yunque y un dispositivo de esta naturaleza son por ejemplo utilizados para cerrar bolsas de plástico con las cuales e! extremo superior de la dicha bolsa de plástico debe cerrarse una vez que se ha llenado. Para sellar la bolsa de plástico el extremo superior es sujetado entre el martillo ultrasónico y el yunque y luego se suelda y se cierra al aplicar ultrasonido que se emite desde el martillo ultrasónico. Para una buena costura soldada es conveniente que el yunque y el martillo ultrasónico tengan un buen contacto plano para asegurar la transferencia plana de las sondas ultrasónicas en el material de película. Para poder sujetar el material a ser soldado entre el martillo ultrasónico y el yunque ambas partes deben moverse respecto una con la otra. El objeto de la invención es obtener esta movilidad tal que costuras soldadas y bien selladas se obtengan y el dispositivo muestre escaso desgaste.
Este objeto se resuelve mediante un yunque de conformidad con la reivindicación 1 y un dispositivo de conformidad con la reivindicación 7. Se proporcionan modalidades preferidas en las reivindicaciones dependientes. De conformidad con la invención el yunque es soportado en una palanca paralela. Mediante este soporte el paralelismo de la superficie del yunque y del martillo ultrasónico se aseguran en cualquier posición. En consecuencia, el desgaste por fricción entre el yunque y el martillo ultrasónico se reduce a! mínimo porque un contacto plano siempre está provisto en las diversas posiciones en las cuales el yunque y martillo ultrasónico pueden hacer contacto en relación uno con otro. Preferiblemente el yunque es soportado mediante una suspensión en la palanca paralela para dar una posición de reposo definida. La palanca paralela se monta preferiblemente sobre un sujetador, en donde el sujetador en sí puede oscilar alrededor de un eje. Si el eje yace aproximadamente perpendicular a los ejes alrededor de los cuales oscila la palanca paralela, entonces el yunque puede adaptarse en dos dimensiones a la posición y orientación del martillo ultrasónico, para que se asegure una presión por contacto uniforme entre el martillo ultrasónico y el yunque a lo largo de la ubicación de soldadura. El yunque además preferiblemente está pretensionado con medios de tensión en dirección a un martillo ultrasónico. De esta manera el martillo ultrasónico puede presionar el material a ser soldado (por ejemplo una bolsa de plástico) contra el yunque y presionar el yunque ligeramente hacia atrás tal que una presión predefinida actúa entre el yunque y el martillo ultrasónico. Aun más, el yunque preferiblemente está vinculado a un medio de amortiguamiento que amortigua el movimiento. Así, se obtiene una situación en la que después que el martillo ultrasónico y yunque se acercan el contacto prolongado entre el martillo y el yunque con el material de soldadura sujetado entre ellos es producido tan rápido como sea posible. Se suprimirá así en aran medida r.ualnuifir rphntft. Una modalidad es conveniente en que un número de yunques pueden disponerse adyacentemente en paralelo. Para la soldadura de una serie de ubicaciones de soldaduras es posible soldar una serie de ubicaciones de soldadura con el mismo yunque. Aun más, es posible proporcionar un número de yunques independientes adyacentes. Esto último tiene la ventaja que el yunque pueda adaptar su posición al martillo ultrasónico o al material sujetado entre éstos, para que una presión uniforme se asegure sobre la ubicación de soldadura. Entre más grande sea el yunque, más difícil será obtener una presión uniforme sobre toda la ubicación de soldadura. En este caso también se prefiere disponer la palanca paralela en un sujetador oscilatorio dedicado. Para simplificar la construcción se montan una serie de sujetadores oscilatorios en un portador común. Una modalidad de la invención se ilustra como un ejemplo en las figuras. Se ilustra lo siguiente: la figura 1 muestra una ilustración esquemática tridimensional de un yunque y su montaje; la figura 2 muestra un dibujo en sección esquemática del dispositivo de la figura 1 ; la figura 3 muestra una ilustración esquemática tridimensional de una serie de yunques adyacentes. Las figuras 1 y 2 ilustran un yunque 1 que está suspendido en una palanca paralela colgante 2. La palanca paralela comprende dos palancas 6, 7, que se montan para oscilación alrededor de los ejes 8, 9 y se alinean paralelas una con otra. En el extremo inferior de la palanca paralela dos piezas transversales 13 están provistas las cuales unen los dos extremos inferiores de las palancas paralelas 6, 7. En este sentido dos ejes oscilatorios 1 1 y 12 son provistos. El yunque 1 está dispuesto en las partes transversales inferiores 13. Los ejes 8 y 9 se montan en las partes transversales superiores 10 que a su vez están afianzadas a un sujetador 3. El sujetador 3 se extiende desde la palanca paralela 2 esencialmente en dirección horizontal. En su extremo el sujetador 3 se monta para oscilación alrededor de un eje 4. El sujetador 3 se monta con este eje sobre un portador 5. En su lado frontal el yunque 1 comprende rebordes de soldadura 15 en donde aquí tanto un reborde de soldadura individual o también una serie de rebordes pueden ser provistos, dependiendo de cuántas costuras soldadas vayan a ser formadas. La disposición de dos posturas soldadas adyacentemente juntas ha probado ser muy conveniente.
Un elemento 14 se acopla al lado orientado alejado del reborde de soldadura. En vez de acoplar el yunque directamente, puede acoplar también la palanca paralela u otra parte movible. Este elemento 14 puede tener un resorte y/o un efecto un efecto amortiguador. El yunque está pretensionado en dirección de un martillo ultrasónico con el elemento 14 u otro elemento de resorte. El elemento 14 o el otro elemento de resorte pueden comprender un pistón, que hace presión contra el yunque 1 utilizando aire comprimido, la fuerza de un resorte o un elemento elástico u otra fuerza. El elemento 14 o un elemento dispuesto adyacente a éste, que interactúa con el yunque 1 o con una parte movible de la palanca paralela 2, también puede tener un efecto amortiguador en el movimiento del yunque 1 y de la palanca paralela 2 para amortiguar el movimiento del yunque 1 . Esto es ventajoso en particular cuando se suelda a altas velocidades porque una vez que el martillo ultrasónico 16 y el yunque 1 se unen una posición estable del yunque 1 debería obtenerse tan rápido como sea posible para poder llevar a cabo la soldadora ultrasónica con presión uniforme que entonces esta presente ahí. Preferiblemente un elemento 14 es provisto en cada extremo del yunque 1 , es decir preferiblemente dos elementos 14 por yunque. El elemento de resorte (por ejemplo elemento 14) que pretensiona el yunque 1 en dirección del martillo ultrasónico 16 puede configurarse tal que pretensione el yunque sólo hasta una deflexión máxima cierta en dirección del martillo ultrasónico 16 pero que no sea capaz de deflexión del yunque aún más. En este caso es práctico proporcionar un elemento adicional que pretensione ligeramente la palanca paralela 2 o el yunque 1 contra el elemento de resorte (por ejemplo el elemento 14) en esta posición, produciendo así una posición definida. La fuerza que pretensione el yunque 1 en dirección sobre el elemento de resorte debería ser menor que la fuerza que está disponible al elemento de resorte. El martillo ultrasónico 16 en la figura 2 puede moverse alejado H ol unnni io na ra ci l iota r ol ovtromn ci inorirvr m tori o l cn IH orli (una bolsa de plástico) entre el yunque 1 y el martillo ultrasónico 16. Para lograr esto, el martillo ultrasónico 16 es empujado hacia el yunque 1 , sujetando el material 17. El yunque 1 está aquí, como se muestra en la figura 2, ligeramente desplazado hacia la derecha, opuesto a la fuerza de pretensionamiento debido al elemento de resorte 14. En esta posición con la presión controlada entre el martillo ultrasónico16 y el yunque 1 la soldadura del material 17 puede llevarse a acabo fácilmente. El portador 5 puede sin embargo también configurarse para moverse para mover el yunque sobre éste lejos del martillo ultrasónico. Esto entonces produce el espacio para introducir las bolsas de plástico entre el pasillo ultrasónico y el yunque. El material 17 a ser soldado entonces es sujetado mediante un movimiento del portador 5 en dirección del martillo ultrasónico.
La figura 3 ilustra una modalidad en la cual una serie de yunques 1 a a 1d están dispuestos adyacentes a un número de palancas paralelas 2a a 2d. Con un dispositivo de esta naturaleza es posible llevar a cabo una serie de procedimientos de soldadura de una serie de materiales adyacentes uno con otro. Por ejemplo, es asi posible soldar una serie de bolsas de plástico adyacentes. De esta manera los porcentajes de producción pueden incrementarse significativamente. 'p~|? —?? — ?? ???=> nriontarco individualmente a través de la palanca paralela y el oscilamiento del sujetador correspondiente 3a a 3d. Los sujetadores 3 están sin embargo dispuestos en un portador común 5 para obtener un diseño compacto. Preferiblemente se asigna un martillo ultrasónico separado para yunque. Sin embargo, también es posible asignar solo un martillo ultrasónico a una serie de yunques o a todos los yunques. Las bolsas u otros artículos a ser soldados pueden pasarse a los yunques en dirección a lo largo de las filas de yunques o también adyacentes uno con otro en dirección perpendicular a éste. Como puede observarse en las figura 1 a 3, un reborde de soldadura en dos partes 15 es provisto. Esto da dos costuras de soldadura ubicadas adyacentemente, asegurando el sellado parcialmente seguro de, por ejemplo, bolsas de plástico. Debido al montaje del yunque 1 en la palanca paralela 2, ambos rebordes de sellado siempre pueden estar en contacto con el yunque 16, sin importar la deflexión del yunque de su posición de reposo.
Esto es conveniente para la producción de costuras bien soldadas y selladas. Ya que la presión en ambos rebordes de soldadura es siempre aproximadamente igual, ninguno de estos dos rebordes de soldaduras se desgasta más que el otro debido a al fricción durante movimiento entre el yunque 1 y el martillo ultrasónico 16, por lo que la vida útil de la herramienta aquí es duradera.

Claims (1)

  1. NOVEDAD DE LA INVENCION REIVINDICACIONES 1 .- Un yunque (1 ) para soldadura ultrasónica caracterizado por el montaje del yunque (1 ) en una palanca paralela (2). 2.- El yunque de conformidad con la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado además porque el yunque (1 ) se monta suspendido sobre la palanca paralela (2). 3.- El yunque de conformidad con la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado además porque la palanca paralela (2) se sujeta a un sujetador (3) que puede oscilar alrededor de un eje (4). 4. - El yunque de conformidad con la reivindicación 3, caracterizado además porque el eje (4) alrededor del cual el sujetador (3) puede oscilar, se ubica aproximadamente perpendicular a los ejes (8, 9) alrededor de los cuales oscila la palanca paralela ( 4). 5. - El yunque de conformidad con una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado además porque el yunque (1 ) está pretensionado por medio de pretensionamiento (14) como resortes, elementos elásticos, como elementos de caucho o resortes de aire comprimido, en dirección de un martillo ultrasónico (16). 6. - El yunque de conformidad con una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado además porque el yunque (1 ) está vinculado a un medio de amortiguamiento (14) que amortigua el movimiento del yunque (1 ). 7. - Un dispositivo para soldadura ultrasónica con por lo menos un martillo ultrasónico (16) y al menos un yunque (1 ) de conformidad con una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6. 8. - El yunque de conformidad con la reivindicación 7, caracterizado además porque una serie de yunques (l a, I b, 1 c, I d) son provistos de conformidad con una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, en donde están dispuestos adyacentes uno a otro. 9. - El dispositivo de conformidad con la reivindicación 7 u 8, caracterizado además porque una serie de yunques (1 a, 1 b, 1 c, 1 d) son provistos de conformidad con una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6 y cada uno se monta en una palanca paralela dedicada (2). 10.- El dispositivo de conformidad con la reivindicación 9, caracterizado además porque cada palanca paralela (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) está dispuesta en un sujetador oscilatorio, en donde los varios sujetadores (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) preferiblemente se montan sobre un portador común (5). 1 1 .- El dispositivo de conformidad con una de las reivindicaciones 6 a 10, caracterizado además porque el dispositivo está provisto para la soldadura ultrasónica de películas, en particular de película compuesta. 12.- El dispositivo de conformidad con una de las reivindicaciones 6 a 1 1 , caracterizado además porque el dispositivo es provisto para la soldadura de bolsas de plástico llenas (1 7), en particular en combinación con una estación de llenado para bolsas de plástico (17).
