Abstract

El elemento de seguridad presenta un dibujo y especialmente un dibujo en muare (10, 11, 16) que contiene un dibujo o imagen codificado que se hace visible a traves de un filtro (12, 13). El filtro (12, 13) esta dispuesto sobre una capa (3, 3 ' , 3") que esta solidamente unida con un sustrato (2, 2 ' , 2"), existiendo una distancia de al menos 0,025 mrn entre el dibujo (10, 11, 16) y el filtro (12, 13). Al inclinar el elemento de seguridad (7, 8, 9) se mueve continuamente el dibujo o la imagen. El dibujo (10, 11, 16) es preferiblemente un dibujo en muare a bandas. El filtro es preferiblemente un filtro de lineas que es permeable a los rayos laser. El dibujo (10, 11, 16) se confecciona preferiblemente con un laser a traves del filtro. El elemento de seguridad (7, 8, 9) segun la invencion se caracteriza por una alta seguridad contra falsificacion y, no obstante, puede fabricarse a un coste relativamente bajo. (Figura 1).
