Abstract
Composition based on prepared flour for preparing Mexican snacks consisting in a mixture of ingredients previously selected such as maize, wheat, soy and sodium chloride. Said ingredients are pulverised and mixed together so as to form flour which upon being mixed with water an edible dough is instantaneously obtained, the dough including nutrients, vitamins, but mainly a flavour and consistency that turn the invention into a unique snack.
