Abstract
Se describe una composicion farmaceutica en una forma de dosis adecuada para la inhalacion, que comprende un isomero terapeuticamente aceptable de una gente betamimetico o una sal, solvato, ester, derivo o polimorfo del mismo, sustancialmente libre de los isomeros terapeuticamente menos efectivos del agente, y opcionalmente un agente anti-colinergico o una sal, solvato, ester, derivado, isomero o polimorfo del mismo. Una composicion preferida comprende sulfato de R-salbutamol y bromuro de ipratropium. Son tambien proporcionados los metodos para elaborar las composiciones de la invencion.
