Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un metodo para producir materiales de espuma suave de poliuretano, en materiales de espuma suave en forma de poliuretano particular, haciendo reaccionar a) poliisocianatos con compuestos b) que tienen por lo menos dos grupos hidrogeno que reaccionan con grupos isocianato. La invencion se caracteriza porque los componentes contienen b), b1a) por lo menos un alcohol particular, que contiene un bloque extremo el cual se almacena por medio de un catalizador de DMC, dicho bloque extremo estando hecho de unidades de oxido de etileno que tienen un maximo de 10% en peso, en relacion con el peso del oxido de alquileno almacenado por medio de catalizadores de DMC, y/o b1b) por lo menos un alcohol de polieter que contiene una mezcla terminal de oxido de etileno y oxido de propileno que tienen un contenido de oxido de etileno en la mezcla de por lo menos 25% en peso, almacenado por medio de catalizadores de DMC, b2a) ademas de ser por lo menos un alcohol de polieter que contiene subsecuentemente unidades de oxido de propileno, y/o b2b) por lo menos un alcohol de polieter de injerto.
