Description
STRUCTURE OF BAG TO CARRY AROMAS AND PRODUCTION PROCESS OF THE SAME
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is related to the industry of the manufacture of perfumes, essences and aromas in general; in particular it is related to the means developed to contain, lodge and carry substances that give off pleasant odors. More specifically, it is referred to a novel bag that encapsulates aromatic substances, fragrances, essences or various aromas as means to display them and make them known to users or consumers of perfumery in general; and the process of mass production.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the field of the perfumery industry, it is well known to use various means containers of perfumes, fragrances and various essences; However, in order to make known the aromas contained in these containers, it is impractical to uncover each container or container to smell its contents and identify the aromas for the choice according to the taste of each
consumer individual. In some cases, when the container comprises a sprayer or atomizer, it is necessary to empty part of the contents with at least one atomization to direct the perfume, fragrance or essence onto a surface to be smelled, which makes the volume originally brought by the container or container is shrinking and a smaller volume than indicated in the container or container is purchased.
To solve these drawbacks, some means have been developed to show and make known to the public the aromas, such as small glass tubes with a plug attached to pressure in the mouth and a small clip projected externally from said plug to be held in a laminar surface where the samples are placed and / or for the subjection media where advertising is expressed as the name of the perfume, fragrances or essences, cost, etc., with the disadvantage that they are fragile and often break mixing the aromas or pouring in the samples causing that the aromas or odors can not be detected correctly.
Others consist of simple sections of paper where a very small volume of perfume, fragrance or essence is poured, which is given to people so that they can approach the nose and identify the perfume, fragrance or essence. With the disadvantage that the aromas easily volatilize at
little time and no longer perceive the aroma of perfume, fragrance or essence spilled there.
To provide a means that allows people to access the aromas of perfumes, fragrances or essences, eliminating the drawbacks described above, it was thought to develop a means to encapsulate them. In this regard, self-adhesive labels known as "rasca huele" are known, which used an ink or varnish that contained flavor microcapsules that, when cut or scraped, burst, releasing the aroma.
Our invention is directed to provide a bag to encapsulate the fragrances of perfume, fragrances or essences in a safe manner without leakage or evaporation loss and comprising removable means to access the aroma or to release the encapsulated aroma. And all those qualities and objectives that will become apparent when making a general and detailed description of the present invention, supported by the illustrated modalities.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In general, the aroma bag structure consists of a pair of films that are joined and sealed in a perimeter zone
generating a chamber where the aroma, essence or fragrance is incorporated prior to sealing, leaving these encapsulated; at least one tongue is comprised in one of the films outside the joint area, as an element to detach one film from the other and release the aroma, essence or fragrance that is abundant and easily perceptible, so that the user can smell and select them the one of your preference.
A special adhesive is incorporated between both films, distributed in the perimeter zone of the paste, with or without a heat seal, so that the aroma does not evaporate or lose.
Both films are made of a non-porous material in order to avoid loss by evaporation of the scents, essence or encapsulated fragrances, and on the other to protect it from the outside and prevent it from being contaminated with external odors; said material is selected from: polyethylene, polyester, Kimduran® (synthetic paper), coextruded films or polypropylene.
The bonding of the films is done by means of the special ultraviolet ray drying adhesive, which offers a perfect seal because in addition to being applied in a uniform way it is pressed by a roller before drying which allows perfect adhesion and sealing between both films.
In one of the embodiments, at least one of the films comprises on its external face and preferably the film that does not have the tongue, a substrate of silica-like paper that generates a self-adhesive surface so that the bag can adhere, detach and adhere to some surface in which you want to adhere as for example to advertising media, in some support for its exhibition and to show to the consumer public.
The bag can be of any shape and size, which will be based on the available equipment or the standards according to the designs and model of the machines used for it.
The bag is made by a process that allows its massive and high production. This process allows several stages to be carried out in the same process, such as printing, lamination and swaging.
The process comprises the steps of: a) feeding a film from a roll of film; b) print the film by means of fast-drying water-based inks that do not react with the encapsulated essences; c) Dosage the aroma, essence or fragrance in a predefined dose and concentration; d) Add an adhesive in a predefined peripheral zone according to the shape and size of the bag to be formed; e) Incorporating the second film from a second roll of film; f) Press the set with press rolls to join and seal both films (laminar) by effect
of the adhesive encapsulating the aroma, essence or fragrance; g) Drying the adhesive by exposure to a UV source; h) Smooth the bags in predefined size and shape.
The process may further comprise: i) i i c a r on the outer side of the film that does not have the tongue, a siliconized paper substrate to generate a self-adhesive surface; j) e n r o 11 a r the bag strip formed in a final coil; k) inspection and verification of aroma bags, thus formed.
The main factors in this process are the speed of the press, the amount of ink and the amount of aroma, essence or fragrance that is applied in the substrate (film) and the uniform lamination of the second film for the correct encapsulation and the adequate joining and sealing of the films; as well as print records.
The concentration of the aroma goes from 30 to 100% it was found that a concentration of 50% is adequate and preferably to obtain better results, the ideal concentration is 90%, being almost a pure oil of essence and containing a minimum degree of alcohol with a minimum alcohol content. The high concentration allows to incorporate a minimum layer of essence on the surface, providing the necessary aroma so that the end user can smell without being annoying or strong odor.
It avoids the evaporation of the essence is avoided because the process is relatively fast, ie the speed of the process is high since from the step where the essence is incorporated to the step where the laminate is pressed to join the two films with the adhesive special encapsulating the essence, spend thousandths of a second.
