Abstract

Un transmisor divide una corriente de datos de usuario en una pluralidad de subcorrientes. El transmisor despues selecciona de manera adaptable un esquema de modulacion y una velocidad de codificacion para cada una de las subcorrientes en base en las condiciones de canal actual. Despues, se modulan y codifican una pluralidad de subportadoras con los datos de la subcorriente, de acuerdo con los esquemas de modulacion seleccionados y las velocidades de codificacion. A cada una de las subportadoras moduladas se les asigna una o mas antenas de transmision para transmision. Antes de la transmision se ajusta la potencia de transmision para cada una de las subportadoras en base en las condiciones de canal. La funcion adaptable de modulacion y codificacion, la funcion de asignacion de subportadora y la funcion de control de potencia, de manera conjunta se controlan para optimizar el desempeno, la calidad de senal y la eficiencia del sistema.
